While I prefer the Calexico original, this is very good as well. I wonder how Calexico feels about having their song covered by legends?

Not sure why Alison Krauss is omitted from the 'artist' attribute... Love both albums they've done together.

I love Alison's voice, its got a real emotional connection to it...but, man its so low in the mix here that its almost an afterthought. This track doesn't do anything that would make me more likely to purchase this album...pretty underwhelming...

This is gorgeous! No need to compare with Calexico, which is a very awesome song. If you release a cover, make it equally as good, better or make it your own which is what Robert and Allison have done here. Love it!

To those who complain that this is not Calexico, I don't get it. If you think that this version is not up to the original, fine. But Plant and Krauss are showing that they have really refined taste! Little Angel Dance as done by Plant etc. is not Los Lobos, but excellent. If you want to hear this song by Calexico, this is not hard to do.

And fiddle playing could fit in quite nicely on this song. Like Calexico's trumpet playing on their version.
