Great band, good tune!  I am a big fan of them, but this is not their best tune. Too much distortion on the guitars!!

Greetings from Bavaria to all the listeners outside. Stay safe!

Guten Morgen (Good Morning)!
If they want to damage their speakers to all that distortion, its' their option. but I prefer not to torture my speakers or ears

I have heard a blues harmonica version of this, but for the life of me I can not remember his name. Sorry, it was Charley Musselwhite! It was great as well!

Charlie Musselwhite is a legend!  Puts on a great live show as well.  Last saw him with Ben Harper.  They did an encore cover of  "When the Levee Breaks" that certainly stood up to Zepplin.  Fantastic!

Almost falled asleep ... Too boring.

Unless I really had to sleep but on a radio I never know what comes next.
This has grown on me  over lockdown in the uk, can't wait to see them live when we are allowed out , and yes Dirty Guitar sums it up nicely

Thanks Bill for this trip

I was searching for a good way to describe this song, but I think you've nailed it. That guitar is definitely nasty! And I mean that in a good way ;)

from Norman Ok usa - Bavaria ...someday i am visiting
When I first saw the artists name- thought it was Friends of Dean Martin.

That would sound entirely different.
Well, wasn't that special.
The sign of a great melody is how many times it is covered.  This is one the all time greatest songs.  It must have been covered hundreds of times.

Bruce Cockburn's lyrics to "Last Night of the World" state "the radio is playing Superchunk and the Friends of Dean Martinez".... now I know what he meant.
Thanks, RP.
Hideous.  To my ears only, of course...
J'adore !!!!!!!! Like it very much. This cubana-rhythm with this nasty-guitar

Thanks Bill for this trip
Please let it go on...
please make it stop.
Guess I'm friends with Dean Martinez now
Reminds me of "Marc Ribot y los Cubanos Postizos". Pretty cool guitar work. Opens with a 7 for me!
