This is in the British version of Broadchurch - great mystery series
This man on the cover seems to be about to cut one of his ears out. đź‘‚
Confusing,
Who comes to mind first,
CSN&Y
or
Iron & Wine?
More please.

I love all the different JC suggestions scattered through the comments. Can I nominate one of my school friends from centuries ago Julie Casson?
I'm guessing this is a song about JC?

Love how the bass line underpins this song like a friendly but focused whale circling in time with but far below synchronized swimmers on the surface.
Saw Glen playing at Shane's funeral.
Total respect.

Excellent portrait art.
Anyone hear:
We are stardust
We are golden
And we've got to get ourselves
Back to the garden
?

Dunno what it is about the Album cover, but I just really like it.

Depressing.
Really good song….I especially like the cover by Maroon 5 featuring Rozzi Crane that’s on the Hunger Games soundtrack

I came slowly to the Glen Hansard party, and now I just think he is one of the most remarkable musicians out there. Eloquent, emotional, sensitive, powerful. Sensational voice, lovely guitar work, and seems like a straight-up good gent. Big big fan.
lol
So cold it burns !

I think you may be right and I missed it. Hard to remember for sure that far back.

I've observed previously that twoplain2sea's posts look just like old IRC chatbots. While there's a rare post that looks like it might have come from a real human, I don't think most of them do.

I honestly want to know what point they were making. A survey of old comments shows that the poster has a habit of posting cryptic messages. I'm gonna treat this like a rash - an irritation caused by exposure to a toxic substance - which either this is the product of a primitive chatbot or a steady supply of really good drugs.

Might be trying to trick with age-sex and pyramids. The only thing to those who travel in firesuits, or others who look after deckhands it's half a dozen of one and six of another.
What the fuck are you on about?

I think the same thing with most of his posts, which amuse the hell outta me, and my sarcasm may have been hidden with the use of italics - LLRP and all you COOL posters ;-)
Oh....I'm gonna +1 this to 8 now....it's the Irish wife causing it (and we'll be celebrating our 11th anniversary on 11/11!!)

Who has seen "Once" from 2007? A great little movie. They made it into a Broadway show, too.Glen Hansard and Markéta Irglová wrote the music.

twoplain2sea with what appears to be a normal post and not the usual perplexing prose he posts. I was a bit hesitant to google "age-sex and pyramids" at work yet I found age-sex to be a statistics phrase (no doubt!) and then got lost in articles on pyramids...like this one...

I'm at a 7 on this song might go to 8 one day...Long Live RP!!

Sorry, been to too many afternoons in old houses with people who take themselves far too seriously and want to drag me down with them.
A rollicking good Irish holiday is indicated.

I'm intrigued. I want to know who "the ones appointed to see it through" are that this man speaks of.
a voice with the very sound I expect from that serious looking painting of a man
As much as I dislike Maroon 5, I love their version of this song
Glen just keeps getting better. My favorite guitar troubadour.
Nice piece for a dreary Friday afternoon. Helping with the report writing.
