Ignorance is alive and well folks.

At least he doesn't call himself Telecaster!
I like to think that Adrian Legg influenced Jeff Beck's beautiful track "Another Place" from the album "Who Else".
EXCELLENT!   RP HAS ONLY 1 TUNE BY HIM ON THE PLAYLIST!  PLEASE ADD MORE!!  Thank You.
Wow! Thanks Bill, er, William! Great to hear this.
Please play more Adrian Legg.  His guitar slays me silly.
RP I thank you for another fine introduction to a musician I was unaware of. Magnificent.
Great to hear some Adrian Legg again!
Thank you Bill!

And thank you danmc! See the animated characters below...

Great player and funny as hell in concert. At the Little Bear Saloon he chastised an obnoxious drunk, "If your dick was as big as your mouth you'd be famous" cracked up the entire bar and shut the guy up!

Back in the...mid to late nineties(?) I was part of one of those 'Google groups' forums that was for acoustic guitar players, and Adrian Legg was a semi-regular commenter. One could tell pretty quickly that he didn't suffer fools lightly. This made me chuckle and think "Yep, that's him".

Good morning, Susan!

Good posts never die, they just get replied to after 11 years. :-) You've got me using the Amazon button to buy some of this music. Thanks kctomato, if you're still around.

Yes kctomato is still around and posting occasionally on other RP forum posts - just not many song comments as he used to 10 years ago.
Well slap me silly and call me Susan, Bill's playing some Adrian Legg!
That is beautiful.
I'm trying to nudge Bill into playing more Adrian Legg as this has been the one and only time he's ever been played on RP. The one and only time. Ever. Why is that Bill?

Only a few guitar players have made my mouth drop. This is one of them. An incredible techinque you have to see to appreciate. When you listen to a recording you are fooled there are overdubs - there are not with a few exceptions. Please play more tracks of this musician. I do not have the capabilities to record and upload otherwise I would send you more. Off this album "Frank the part-time clown" is a wonderful composition encorporating everything from a classical song form, jazz improvising and a certain Irish jig like feel. "Anu" is one of the most beautiful songs I have ever heard. I might even give it a "10". "Chicken licken's last ride" is not only fun tongue in cheek styling but will amaze anyone who plays guitar - especially if you watch him do it.

About time this guy was on here, this album is fantastic if you like this sort of thing.  8 maybe more
truly a monster talent-and really funny guy. if you have a chance to see him do it.
It's a shame that Adrian Legg doesn't cut as many albums as the 90's or early 2000's, but what's out there is lovely.  Fun Fact: His guitars have banjo tuners installed so he can do pedal steel-style bends and guitar tuning quick changes!  {#Guitarist}

I've seen Adrian in concert here in OKC at the Blue Door. One of the best guitarists I've heard. Can you do better?
