I have the vinyl LP of this. I don't think I would part with it for even that much.
This is a clasic song with great talent on it Tut Taylor, Vassar Clements,Norman Blake, Randy Scruggs and Bromberg as producer. Album was recorded in one take and apparentlly is hard to get, Amazon wants $111 for used copies. Its that damn good tho my wife hates Turn The Radio On because its a gospel standard but he has a lil sex and drugs on album too, actually she hates the one about sex it had John in a huskey voice goin' Hey babe wanna boogie? Boogie -woogie woogie with me and some heavy breathing lol course I love it

FAA needs to ground this turkey.
One of the best records of all time!

Well, I dreamt I went away
On a steam powered areoplane
I went and I stayed and
I damm near didn't come back again
And I didn't go very fast
On a steam powered areoplane
Oh, the wheel went around and up and down
And inside and then back again
Sittin' on a 747 just a watchin' them clouds roll by
Can't tell if it's sunshine or if it's rain, rain, rain
Rather be a sittin' in a deck chair high up over Kansas City
On a genuine ol' fashioned authentic steam powered areoplane
Well I'd like to be a pilot
of that steam powered areoplane
Well, I'd pull that pilot wheel around
and then back again
And I'd wear a blue hat, yeah
That says 'steam powered areoplane'
In letters that go 'round the brim and then back again
Sittin' on a 747 just a watchin' them clouds roll by
Can't tell if it's sunshine or if it's rain, rain, rain
Rather be a sittin' in a deck chair high up over Kansas City
On a genuine ol' fashioned authentic steam powered areoplane
