GOOD TUNE!
Ugh. This is like the "smooth jazz" that gets played Sunday mornings on one of my local stations. Fingernails + blackboard = mute.
Yeah, but bust out Hose.......or Manitas.......
Completely agree on the album art. Stunning.
Don't suppose vector versions can be purchased for large-format printing? I'd kill for a poster.

Nice music.
It sounds like I keep hearing parts of Guggenheim's Grotto "Wonderful Wizard" in this? Am I just hearing things?
so cheesy ...
Very nice!

Yeah yeah... amazing skill, I admire that.... however, I just don't like the outcome. Bit like someone building a giant crucifix out of match sticks - I admire the effort, but meh about the result.
Outstanding!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They put on a nice show at The Center for the Arts in Grass Valley a few years back.
Outstanding!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nice zippy toe-tapping stuff, but it doesn't sound like a 'duel to the death' to me! 7 from the Nottingham jury.

Ah, I love both the album art, AND the song! Although, the album art really is exceptional... I wonder if they released it on LP. I'd love to get a vinyl-sized version of that art!
My cousin does the art for all their albums! I just posted as much, then scrolled down to see other comments and came across yours. I'll have to pass on your comments to her, she'll appreciate it. Edit: I just realized the original post was made over 2 years ago! Well, I've never been very quick on the draw.
Cool to hear these guys on RP... my cousin does all the artwork for their albums, and they played at her wedding!
te amo la muerte

Bill and Rebecca -- Thank you, thank you, thank you. I have searched for this (as have 38,000+) most of my 44 years on Earth. God Bless you, both. Oh, yeah, I only send money through snail mail but it is on the way.
This is the best comment I've seen posted yet.

The cover does remind me of painted tiles--retablos?Very nice.
oof - Mr. Meyerson the dentist will see you now. (thank god because I am almost done with this 3 month old Sports Illustrated)
Definitely not Flamenco. This is more like Ottmar Liebert. Gotta call a spade a spade.

folks,
if you want to hear good original flamenco guitar look for pieces by Tomatito (click here), Manolo Sanlucar (click here), Paco de Lucia (of course)(click here), Vicente Amigo (click here), Raimundo Amador (click here) or Pata Negra (click here) to name only a few.

I feel that songs like this should receive more airtime on RP. They play a good amouint of Jesse Cook, I just seem to miss it all. I haven't heard them play any Ottmer Liebert, perhaps I should upload some.
Are there any legal obligations or issues with uploading tracks?
:sunny.gif: nice guitars. yepyep. yah it reminds me of gypsy kings

It's a fairly standard Hispanic track not worthy of much mention, but I don't think it calls for racist remarks.
Really ... chips get very offended when you call them "cheeps". How insensitive can you be.

Well I have all his albums .... except his latest.
I gotta rip them and help expand the RP library.

Great music! I though it was Jesse Cook at first...
Good find RP!
I thought it was Jesse Cook as well.
If I had all of his albums I guess I would have known it's not him. I'm working in that
Nice Guitars Nice band
Makes me dance in the office (not really)
Every day new bands, new songs to me on RP. One better than the other.
Thank you , Bill and Rebecca. Great work you do!
