They grow like weeds up here (no weed pun intended).

Good morning Eurekans(?)

My progeny is on their way to the greater Eureka area for a few days, and I'm wondering if the locals have any advice for eating and drinking.  I dare say any cuisine would be of interest...and place to grab a beer or wine with a view or vibe would be a primary target.

Suggestions can be a bit of a drive outside of town.  They're there to wander.

Thanks!

The wife and I are going up for the belated party in a couple of weeks.

Did anyone get any photos or video from the event?  I was not able to find any.  I really wished I could have made it but I'm 2000 miles away.

Hi RP friends,

Posting on behalf of my 82-year old dear friend, Milly D, who is an eccentric, fun-loving, old hippie intellectual  living the good life in San Francisco (she is honored to have been born the exact day/year as John Lennon).   Mil is a recent RP convert who now listens night and day and is a big supporter of the overall RP mission.  She would love to come to William's b-day bash but she needs a ride (she is happy to pay for gas). Anyone out there passing thru SF on the way up?
Mil can be reached at 415-241-0601 (she doesn't text) or mdubitzky@ciis.edu

Thanks to all and hope to see ya in Eureka,
Bart
