That may be all i need. The top of my left shoulder is hurting today because i slept most of the night on my left side. If this pillow "comforts your shoulder area", then i gotta at least try it. Same thing here. Anxiety males you fall asleep fast, but then you sleep restlessly so you're constantly exhausted.

For me, just the opposite. When I am stressed and anxious, I can barely keep my eyes open.
