Three roosters crowing
On my neighbor's roof and not my own
Three roosters crowing
On my neighbor's roof and not my own
'Cause the boss might have to vouch for me
He feels sorry for me living on my own

Got so many problems
That my neighbors think they can fix
And I ain't got no problems
That my neighbors think they cannot fix
Yeah, my hedges are too high, aren't they?
They're gonna keep an eye on me
So they can get their licks
I'm gonna get some of my own

Neighbors
Neighbors
Neighbors

Neighbors
Never have nothing good to say
Neighbors
Never have anything to say
Always got some kind of opinion brewing
Always playing games I don't wanna play

Don't want to see 'em
Not in my backyard
They say
I know we need 'em
Just not in my backyard
You make one mistake and you're dead
And on your grave
Three roosters standing guard

Listening to this, I thought I was back in the '90s...
I've been hear something similar in
"you keep on moving" deep purple
Man, this guy's guitar playing is sinister. I LOVE it!
As someone who routinely donates to RP here’s an idea for a revenue stream: give paying/contributing users the option to blacklist bands from being played on their rotation.
Jack White would be at least top 3 in my list, together with a few overplayed repeat offenders (looking at you, Sofi Tukker).
"... cause that's when good neighbours become good friends, duh duh duh duh" Ahh happy days :)
Awesome--really getting in to Jack these days!

Ha!  I'm just the opposte.

Whem I first heard him, I thought he was OK.

But last few years, he seems to be playing with more abandon. Experimenting.   Has "I don't give a shit"  attitude.   Soubd good and it's needed.

You have to see and hear him performing live! It's quite an experience

Tried JW for a while now, but find myself pushing PSD more often when he's on. It's just not working for me. His style rubs me the wrong way I guess. Oh well, plenty of other great music on my favorite station!

Deep Purple. Very deep...
on my neighbor's roof and not my own
never boring!
Neighbours can be a right old PITA for sure. Jack has my full sympathy.
Neighbors!
i hear three roosters round the clock. doesn't keep me awake. but don't turn your back on them!
Not a big JW fan. I agree he has talents. But his songwriting style just doesn't move me much. However, this was a great song.
well, i stand up next to a mountain,
i chop it down with the edge o' my hand
There is definitely a groove to Jack's sound.  That's a good thing.
I like it.  Get's a nice little groove going.
One of the highest ratings I've seen here. Think he's earned it though.
