Never Alone (w/ The Interruptors), by Dead Pioneers

Alone
Never alone
I'm 15, it's easy to fall into despair
I feel different, I feel alone
I'm searching for something to bridge the gap
And then I hear that song
And for a moment, I feel safe
I need to find a saving place
I had to leave my home to find my home
A bond that strong, like flesh and bone
A family I could call my own
We'll never (never) stand alone
We're gonna fight as one through thick and thin
In good times and in suffering
A family I could call my own
We'll never (never) stand alone
Alonе
Never alone
It doеsn't take long to find people who'll stay
A chosen family to hold me up
Your house, your turntable, I say, "Turn it up"
A life-saving scene, a life-saving sound
This is the moment we've found our sacred ground
Where each of us is bound
And I'm glad you're here, right beside
We sweat together, we give it meaning
Do you know what this means? The obligation it provides?
We don't let go, we keep each other alive
I had to leave my home to find my home
A bond that strong, like flesh and bone
A family I could call my own
We'll never (never) stand alone
We're gonna fight as one through thick and thin
In good times and in suffering
A family I could call my own
We'll never (never) stand alone
You realize what we've found? Not just sacred ground
A community to celebrate each other
A sibling, a sister, a brother
Protect each other, hold each other up
You'll find it overflowing, your cup
I'll fight for you, we'll never be alone!
A bond that's strong like flesh and bone
A family I could call my own
Alone
Never alone
Never
I had to leave my home to find my home
A bond that strong, like flesh and bone
A family I could call my own
We'll never (never) stand alone
We're gonna fight as one through thick and thin
In good times and in suffering
A family I could call my own
We'll never (never) stand alone
These guys are dead to me. But, a good dead
Cheers William, for introducing me to the DPs, my new favourite band.

+1 for Cool Band Name!
Unnecessarily over compressed mastering. Too bad, I like the song, but could be so much better if some dynamics were left in. Why do people think that 8dB of dynamic range is good.
Is there some Michael Stipe in there?
