The deconstruction has begun
Time for me to fall apart
And if you think that it was rough
I tell you nothing changes
Till you start to break it down
And break apart
I'll break apart
I'll break apart
Right now it's going to start
I'll break apart
The reconstruction will begin
Only when there's nothing left
But little pieces on the floor
They're made of what I was
Before I had to break it down
And break apart
I'll break apart
I'll break apart
Right now it's going to start
I'll break apart
Time for me to fall apart
And if you think that it was rough
I tell you nothing changes
Till you start to break it down
And break apart
I'll break apart
I'll break apart
Right now it's going to start
I'll break apart
The reconstruction will begin
Only when there's nothing left
But little pieces on the floor
They're made of what I was
Before I had to break it down
And break apart
I'll break apart
I'll break apart
Right now it's going to start
I'll break apart

This song feels like it should be old, but it only came out in 2018.
I like this, but it also kind of stresses me out

Eels are fantastic live. See them if you can.

Because I break a fart!
Dont sniff my farrrts!
love this song
BRING BACK THE ROCK STATION~!
Damn fine
Far too repetitive...
The Love influence is strong with this one.
Just another example of an excellent, solid, long term performer that flies under the radar of so many.
This song is just cool.
Great to hear new things from the Eels. Saw them in concert at the Fillmore recently, got me curious what E had been up to lately. Some fun videos released with this album, check out YouTube.
I love this song and basically everything he does.

I went thru a serious Eels phase myself a few years back (thanks to RP). If you haven't already, check out E's book "Things the Grandchildren Should Know". You'll enjoy.
EELS have been my favorite band for a couple of years now, ever since I watched the "Parallel worlds, Parallel Lives" documentary (which I wholeheartedly recommend).
I'd very much like to hear EELS songs on Radio Paradise more often!

I dig this band more and more all the time. Some odd combination or retro yet original and creative.
Thumbs up, its cool.

Hate this song. Sounds like a sample used for hiphop.

What will he do?
I didn't get that, what will he do?
One more time, what is it?
Please repeat.
What?
Say it again.
Hey Eeels... repetition gets old real quick. Unless it's a chant. Like John Coltrane in "A Love Supreme" , or a monk in a temple. You ain't either..

I like the sound of the bassoon in this song.

I like every track on his debut album (Beautiful Freak). The later albums are more hit or miss for me, but that said I didn't like every track on the debut album the first time I heard them, some of them took their sweet time to grow on me.
I'm surprised at how excited i am to hear new Eels! Really liking this, instant 9. I really have to buy some CDs, Do their lessor tracks hold up as well as the ones played on RP?

New Eels! Nice!

New Eels! I like this one OK. Nothing ground-breaking, just a decent groove and some crunchy, noisey guitar (a solid 7 on my interpretation of the RP scale). Can't wait to hear the rest of it, tho!
Nothing like some new EELS! Mr. E has generated a tremendous trove of complex, incredibly impassioned musical art. Thanks, RP!
Yea!!!! New EELS!!
Glad to hear this added to the rotation so quickly after release! Can't wait to hear the full new album
