Yes.   Where are we going?  Nowhere. 

It is just a warm up for a story that never begins, a journey that starts over the other side of the hill but we cannot get there.

Good popular music is good story telling.

I like the clarinet a lot  - but you have to listen hard to hear it.

Such a big fuss being made over these guys. I know they are talented and all, but I find their music to be so monotonous and gray. 

I'm to the point now where I can identify The National in less than 7 notes!  Maybe this one will grow on my; first impression = 6.  (Great segue to Dave Mason though, BillG!)
