Reminds me of the X-Files
Leave it to Bill to throw in something off the cuff!  Bravo!
excellent score and choice of instruments.
It reminds me of the theme music for one of my favorite movies, Le Bruges.

Very evocative. If you don't already, you should write stories.
Awesome band - best album for me is  Come On Die Young
Very nice, but keep this artist away from water.
I keep hearing Satie
Is this off a movie soundtrack?

The good part of this song is that it is only 2:21 minutes long!

Wow. All the comments seem at least partially apropos.

Hm. Kind of liked this until I read your comment. It's a rare thing for me to say but I think you're right ;-)

The mechanical repetitiveness is kind of creepy.

Lose the knife, it's a beautiful mass-murder doll that goes on a killing spree when you play this song on a music box that goes with her. As I am writing this, Agnes Obel's song Familiar has started - a perfect song to follow {#Cheesygrin} omg this is all so creepy

Only if they're friends with guys named Chad.

(Not even going start on the hanging reference…)

Dude, that screen name will find you on the wrong side of Big Brother (NSA) when they finally get around to snooping this thread.

(And nope, can't say I hear any similarities with the once-upon-a-time Moody Blue.)

Sincerely,
unclehud

Depressing enough.
Stop the suffering, never more!

This makes me happy -- going to Paris for my 50th birthday in October! Join us! :)
Thank you Radio Paradise for being Radio Paradise
And again! Uggh! Stop playing this song already! >:( Thankful for the PSD button..
I like France, but Not this Song!
UGHH! Stop playing this song already! Jeez!!

Not really, but everyone hears different stuff.  Justin Hayward did not compose "Forever Autumn", by the way, he was essentially selected to sing it on Jeff Wayne's "War Of The Worlds" album.
This song makes me want to buy a Lexus.
big fat NO!!!
more Mogwai! {#Cheers}

maybe the tempo but not much else, I'm afraid. Thanks for the reminder about "Forever Autumn", though...must dig that out soon.

You need to read Murikami and then you will understand
Awesome!
As much as I like this music, I am definitely and most sadly going to leave France

One of the delightful aspects of my wife is that 'Go to Hell' in her native Hungarian language translates as "Get to France".

Have I told you the differences between heaven and hell? In heaven the French are the cooks, the Germans are the engineers, the British are the police, the Italians are the lovers, and the Swiss run everything. In hell…the British are the cooks, the French are the engineers, the Germans are the police, the Swiss are the lovers, and the Italians run everything.

Great song! I wasn't sure what it reminds me of (aside from Satie etc.), but now I have it: The soundtrack to In Bruges by Carter Burwell, which I'd recommend to anyone liking this tune (here's a little teaser).

Such a good movie, and the soundtrack was wonderful, and this is reminiscent of it.
This is such beautiful melancholy!
I like this comment and can picture it well. brings on a certain mood of longing for the past which is long gone

Evokes feelings from deep within....Quite nice {#Meditate}
no reason to go to France until next year when the 24 hours is run again
Remember, do not get them wet, and never, never, never, feed them after midnight
Very Satie-like.  Beautiful and Haunting.

Normally I can at least barely understand the point you are trying to make.  I attribute that to an understanding that there is a much larger and valued world out there that doesn't speak English and shouldn't have to.

However, I have no idea WTF you are talking about here.
More Mogwai please!

More post rock!
Wow. Someone just bought a piano.

Thought Belly was going to morph into a huge pop band way back when. Was interested enough to see them play The Orpheum in Boston circa 1995. They didn't have enough beef to be a long-term Indie constant or whatever it is that makes teenagers love you for years.
Rather boring and annoying.
Very Satie-esque, like it.

OMG this is good.   Really.   I love Mogwai.  Love it love it love it.  10.  Play GYBE now.

I love Mogwai, but unfortunately missed this. Wasn't aware of this EP. Haven't kept tabs on them lately.

Please keep it in the playlist, Bill, so I can decide whether I should get this. :)

rather creepy this song...{#Confused}
...and there comes Mogwai! It's like coming home from an outsider world into my own private heartland. Love this Band! Thank you.
i like it but it reminds me of the closing music for a film...
First time for me too — this is very very nice. A little mysterious, a little spooky.

{#Laughing}
I love Mogwai.
Just listened for the first time and want to listen to it again and again and again
Very pretty.
