Extraornidary stuff for the patient mind

The repetition, relieved by chord changes about three minutes after you decide it's never going change, is what makes the song work for me. Especially since I know it's coming, eventually.
I envy you - had to mute it because I ran out of patience. I know it's coming, but in the end is it worth waiting for? Would probably rate higher than a 2 if I could stand the monotony long enough. My loss?

Reduce the annoying repetition of the sound elements, and this song would win a lot!

LOVE this song! Still great after all these years. I know it from the compilation Wall of Sound Presents: Telle
Heard it on KEXP radio 9 years ago and picked up the disc back then. Fun compilation.

Okay, getting very repetitive...you can wrap this up any time now.

The drum beat is a 10 on the primal scale.
Long live Ray, Aretha, Rev Al, Mr. James B. !!!

sweet rhythm! Syncopated in places?
Theme for a Quentin Tarantino Sci-fi movie.

The percussion reminds me of RJD2's "A Beautiful Mine", played in the opening credits of AMC's "Mad Men".
Like it

Great great stuff you don't hear anywhere else!
Good music to do Oxygen to? I feel like I left my body for a second there.
what a GREAT transition! seamless..nice bill

Not their best song in my opinion but great live.Seen them twice now but they play a lot in their home country (Norway) and seem to tour here in the Summer.
I'l give this one a 6 but the album is an 8.
This is a fun song, but every time I hear it I can't help but think of that Simpsons episode where Homer takes the kids to the horror movie that terrorizes them - I think it's called "The Bloodening". With the kids with blue eyes. I guess I should get out more.
At first I thought it was repetitive and mildly annoying and was going to give it a "2". But I liked it better when it changed up some with the drums.
Hey, I LIKE this.
I hate it when she's singing. The rest is OK. I was going to come and give it a 2, but then she stopped, so maybe it isn't so bad. How about 4? Well, no. The rest isn't that special. 3.

Just annoying.
we are children of the corn....
Another ultra-smooth segue, from 1 Giant Leap - The Way You Dream to this. Lovely.

My thoughts exactly.
boom-boomalicious
Yeah I really like what's been coming out of the box this last little trippy stretch...GO RP!

I'm trying to do some work here. But for the last 30 minutes Bill has been tormenting me, playing stuff which intrigues me to the extent I have to go and look it up on Amazon. And then buy it. I've already loaded up my cart with Porcupine Tree, 1 Giant Leap, Nick Cave and some guy called "Ralph Myerz". And now "Zero 7"! When will it end?! Give us self-employed guys a break, Bill - play some easily ignorable rubbish ... ;-)
Another classic RP seamless segue. I have no idea when the previous song ended and this one began.
I love it when that happens.
The percussions particularly interesting and exciting!
Sounds like it should be a James Bond Movie Theme
Started out very nicely. But then it, slowly, didn't go anywhere. At least not until it got back to the opening theme.
I keep imagining the ghostly children with knives from Silent Hill coming after me...
Hey look, it's trance with Alan Parsons Project themes.. where's my bottle of rumple..brb
this song is making my blood pressure rise.
yea baby, feed me new music! 8
although this song is very cool, that little "voice" creeps me out for some reason.
kill bill?
..reminds me of the 10 seater bar at the Parus Hotel in Khabarovsk...
Why am I thinking, "James Bond?"
good call on this one. :)
The drumbeat calls me back to the beginning. Primal bliss.
This is the theme song to a recent TV show...the 4400? help me!! I'm driving myself crazy. Good to hear the whole thing, RP!! cool...
Very relaxing yet very upbeat. I love it.
