You never know that you need something to believe in when you know it all
You never know that you need something to believe in

You never know that you need something to believe in when you know it all
You never know that you need something to believe in

You never know that you need something to believe in when you know it all
You never know that you need something to believe in

You never know that you need something to believe in when you know it all
You never know that you need something to believe in

Mind's been racing like a stallion
While I watch it all collapsing
Kill the chaos find the balance
'Round we go, around we go
Greatness just a shade of madness
Ego just a face of sadness
Pain is just part of the package
Around we go, 'round we go

I sit and watch the pieces fall
I don't know who I am at all

You never know that you need something to believe in when you know it all
You never know that you need something to believe in
You never know that you need something to believe in when you know it all
You never know that you need something to believe in
You never know that you need something to believe in when you know it all
You never know that you need something to believe in

I'm so embarrassing
So used to abandoning myself
I can't believe I'm still alive

Everybody's
not DEPECHE MODE ...
It'd be easy to dismiss her like we do with so many teeny kid artists that struggle to find their footing as they are expected to become full fledged adults, but she has endured and found a unique genuine voice through all of her trials.  I'll admit to some "tik tok on the clock" bias...but I'm thinking this is pretty good...
TIL that Ke$ha changed her stage name back to Kesha in 2017 after a personal struggle with eating disorder, and the ordeal of suing a former producer (Dr. Duke) who abused and assaulted her.  She's been through some stuff...

Those last few lines. Damn. I can't help but like this song.
No idea of her former work, but this tune caught my minds attention
..and I'd fire-dance to it any night.
It has something ... not sure what, but it's definitely not run-of-the-mill pop.
