I'd have to agree strangely, as I can remember pairing these up myself after No Need to Argue came out. Cool, Bill.

Wow, I really, really, hope you are not referencing the IRA-British government conflict in a way that makes light of the horrific violence, brutal repression, and many lives lost on both sides. Because that would just be . . . well, tacky and insensitive, to put it mildly.
I feel that there is a great need to argue. . .
This song reminds me of the last years of high-school, when I listened it for the first time... it is therefore a great song!!

Aye! Can't think of anyone whose voice I dislike more...Janis Joplin? close. Lucinda Williams? again, close. No, Dolores has that honor all to herself.
Aargh - Dolores O'Riordan's voice makes my ears bleed!

A vocalized durge would be my first thought...

I live in a town, in far eastern Canada, where a radio station plays Skynyrd, Bob Seger and Phil Collins as if they are local heroes. So...hearing Beck, Metric and this particular song from the Cranberries is a treat to my ears.
A 10 for these songs. Thanks RP

Have alway thought that if Canadian Geese could sing, they would sound like this.

Amen to that, fellow Canadian. I've heard so much 'new' music here on RP, loaded up my iTunes playlist. Don't like everything I hear, but the vast majority, yes. Commercial radio? What's that? So...hearing Beck, Metric and this particular song from the Cranberries is a treat to my ears.
A 10 for these songs.
Thanks RP
I will never forget...

This one is a bit more Enya'esque.
all their songs hinge on liking or loathing her distinct voice and delivery.
Drivel.
Been hearing a lot of Cranberries recently on RP. Not that I mind that much as I hadn't really listened to any in probably 10 years. I like them, but too much is ... well ... too much. Enjoy in moderation.

I am into it! As the fruits, not a lot, but here and there they are great!
Not my thing really but thanks to RP I know what not to buy
...with a few notable exceptions, the preponderance of the cranberries' music is best only in extreme moderation...i can't really stomach listening through any of their albums, but i rather enjoy this track standing by itself...

Should there be a way to remove tracks from RP?
No
I really enjoyed this album, but this was one of my least favorite tracks from it.

Yeah. I feel kind of cheated too.

Well, obviously it's break up music. But it's good. Very hymnal, but with those great Cranberry vocals.

PG likes a song. Something is definitely off balance in the universe.
There is no need to argue anymore!

This reminds me of carpooling with a friend when I was in high school. We listened to this CD ad nauseum our senior year. What ever happened to you, Carolyn?
GAHHHHHH!

Oh, just shoot me now!
This is nice. I'm so surprised. They're usually so corny.
I actually thought it was ol' cueball singing (Sinead).

Thanks for playing this! I always loved the harmonies and melody of this, quite pretty.
wow! so many high school momories come to me listining to this song now.... anyway.... surely the best cranberrie's album.
This is my favourite song, definitely. I love it
This whole album is excellent to listen to. They were so much better before they got preachy.
Every day is like Sunday.... Oh, wait, wrong song.
I TRY TO LIKE THEM , BUT HER VOICE GETS TO ME. SORRY, I KNOW I'M IN THE MINORITY.
Go Cranberries; you can't beat this stuff!

No, no: part of this song sounds like Morrissey's "Every Day is Like Sunday." red5_bc and dbreece are just quoting lyrics from the (great) Morrissey song. Can't say this Cranberries song works for me as much, sadly.
