Upped from 2 -> 3. IMHO, it isn't bad music it is just repetitive and predictable.
Repetitive and predictable produces better dancers.

My friend, you obviously haven't heard much reggae then! Go to You tube and look up the likes of: Burning Spear, Gregory Isaacs, Toots and the Maytals, Bunny Wailer, Papa Michigan and General Smiley, UB40, Culture, Roots Radics, Ziggy Marley, Steven Marley, all Marleys and so much more to explore! Enjoy!
Mondegreen, mon...
Couldn't have said it better myself.

We miss you so much, Cynaera...
everybody in my homeless camps loves this song... we be reggae dancing buck ass naked all over the forests and the fields, the jungles and the beaches... love sex, drugs, and rock 'n roll...
i think that the point of the story was that he didn't get to see Tosh...
Which is a tragedy in, and of itself I guess.
Tosh died on Sept. 11th, 1987 after returning to the country from a tour. It seem unlikely that you had tickets for a concert happening 4 days later, but I can't prove it.

Are you sure about that?
Good tune.
Being a poor college student at the time I needed my 40 bucks back. Stupid me...
Peter was an inspiration the likes of which that few others can come close to.

Nice! Peter Tosh in the middle of...Jamaica!!?
Not sure if that photo was taken in Jamaica or not, but I know for sure it's NOT in my backyard!
Pete, if you're out there somewhere kickin' back in the great beyond, PARTY ON DUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I always wondered what true rastas like PT & Marley thought about Zep's famous stab at reggae (D'yer Mak'er) which we just heard before this cut.
Does anybody know if they ever commented on it at any point?

If you really did need your $40 back then it sounds like you were lucky to sell the tickets. He died a few days before that show.
Now we're talking!!
Nothin against the prophet Marley, but there's more to reggae music than Marley or white guys singin' irie, which always seems to intrigue commercial radio.

What terrible timing! My sympathies, Oscar.
Ordinarily, I don't favor the reggae style of ...what, ...music? This feels like an ordinary day.
Why is there no Lucky Dube on RP??
Must be an oversight...

but for ME, Tosh's voice will always be THE voice of reggae.
