I think that you're mad
You spend a lot of time in your head
I know that you're mad
You spend a lot of time in your head
If you could come away with me,
You should come away with me
You should have some faith in me
Tomorrow could be too late
I wish I could change the date
Tomorrow could be too late
If only you had some faith
Too young, too proud, too foolish
Too young, too proud, too foolish
You ask a lot of questions
You have too much time on your hands
To hell with conclusions
Why should we make so many plans?
So you should come away with me
You should come away with me
You should have some faith in me
Tomorrow could be too late
I wish I could change the date
Tomorrow could be too late
If only you had some faith
Too young, too proud, too foolish
Too young, too proud, too foolish
Tomorrow could be so great
I wish I could change the date
Tomorrow could be so great
If only you had some faith
You spend a lot of time in your head
I know that you're mad
You spend a lot of time in your head
If you could come away with me,

Yesterday was too early R.I.P. Delores
4 - Acceptable. Still trapped in the 90's this band.
nails on a blackboard? Seriously? this has such a groovy vibe, so different, yet so comforting. the Cranberries have not missed a beat!!
feels like i am back on the air at my college radio station when they first came out and now i get to hear them again for the first time. welcome back!!

You´re totally right.
Thanks for help me to get the insight: it´s nails on blackboard AND repetitive AND derivative AND (mainly) BORING.
No problem.

That may be the case for you, but the "nails on a blackboard" cliché (or some variation of it) appears in the commentary for almost every song on the RP playlist. I think the only adjectives which appear more are "repetitive" and "derivative", and let us not forget "boring".

Dolores O'Riordan has changed her way of singing , and it's far far better ! I do like her voice now, and think the songs improve a lot ...
I'll say it: boring.

If I could dedicate that to mrstuba, I would...
Bring it on! Brilliant! Great to hear the Cranberries back!
A most excellent bass line........and it's nice to hear the Cranberries are back at it.

Wonderful definition!
Very well said.
Ditto. Also has the same relative chord progressions and vocal intervals from their first album (which I completely OD'd on and never recovered from). Like 20 years never passed (not a good thing).

Cranberries for Xmas!!
They're BACK! Now I'm feelin' all 30 again!
Very tuneful, and the vocals are lovely. Perfect for a chilly Monday morning!
Hopefully the rest of the album is better, to me the song masks Delores's voice to much. We shall see.
and back with Stephen Street too, has to be a good thing.
wowww, they're back!
Pretty cool song
Pretty cool song
...hm - nice to hear them making music again, but shades of the more filler-sounding side of their music...
New Cranberries!?!?
