That is why we come here. GREAT TUNE! Thanx RP!
Joan sounds pissed.
One thing that's for certain
One chord that rings true

plays a chorus made up of four chords

Totaly anknown for me but-fantastic!
There should be a Grammy for best DJ.  Bill would win, hands down, every year!  And. . . in this perfect world I'm imagining, other DJs and radio stations would want to emulate the success of RP, and radio stations would improve significantly.

And. . . wars would stop, and famine would be eradicated, and. . . okay my inner hippie is flashing a bit too brightly.
Groooooovyyyyyy……..

me either. i'm with you. i love anything joan (maybe except for the what if god were one of us, but that's the lone exception.)

Often the case with one-hit wonders, that their hit not only isn't their best work it's also not representative of their other stuff. Radiohead comes to mind.
A tremendous album, and a reminder I haven’t given it a listen for a long time. Will rectify that this week.
7-8, this is definitely most excellent!

Not really my bag generally, but as others noted here, Joan can do very little that doesn't turn shine through...how isn't she a bigger artist?  How is it that so many exceptional talents struggle, while the masses clamor for more disposable and forgettable fluff?  I don't get it...

Way too much wailing and shrieking, I had to turn it off for a minute.
This is really getting me through the end of the day.

Randy and Joan!  Great pairing, great tune.  Y'all did and continue to do far more than pass through.  Your gifts are priceless.

RIP brother Scruggs.  Your time here was most welcome.

Excellent Music. Ive never heard of Randy Scruggs, but know Joan's music quite well. Thank you RP for adding to my music library!

Great song, but I believe it is Joan Osborne, not Osborn.... allmusic.com
