The undertow there is no joke. There is a really good surf break about half a mile away with a nice entrance, but I've never timed it well enough to get in with the whales. When I'm there full time I'll make it happen.

Not my video, but I do have a couple of pictures of them in close like this. This is near our winter retreat spot, it's amazingly cool to walk down the beach and spot whales.
